KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Operations Management
Supervise, organize, train, and manage warehouse associates to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Allocate manpower effectively and monitor task completion on a daily basis.
Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within agreed SLAs.
Manage end- to- end warehouse operations including receiving, inbound, put- away, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
Inventory & System Management
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation between system data and physical stock.
Monitor system errors or operational issues and resolve or escalate as necessary.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory flow and ensure all warehouse activities are accurately recorded.
Process Design & Continuous Improvement
Continuously improve warehouse processes through productivity optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and industry best practices.
Standardize operating procedures, enforce warehouse rules and regulations, and improve overall work efficiency.
Participate in warehouse layout design and establish warehouse management procedures, quality control processes, and KPI systems.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish, monitor, and manage warehouse KPIs to track and improve operational performance.
Prepare and present operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad- hoc) for management review.
Support budget planning and cost tracking to optimize warehouse expenses.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Execute project- based and ad- hoc operational solutions arising from client or business requests (e.g. campaign sales, new warehouse setup or relocation).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Regional Operations, Project, and Business Development teams to identify system or process gaps.
Manage relationships with third- party logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
Compliance, Safety & Training
Conduct training for warehouse associates on updated processes and operational standards.
Communicate company policies to warehouse staff and ensure compliance and consistency.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing safety standards and complying with legal regulations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in English.
At least 7 years of experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, train, and supervise operational teams.
Hands- on experience in warehouse operations and fulfillment for both B2B and B2C models.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Detail- oriented, process- driven, and comfortable working in a fast- paced operational environment.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
