Warehouse Assistant Manager (Hung Yen)

Responsibilities:
Supervise Team to comply and strictly follow up operation instruction, regulation, Company policy, SOPs, WIs and manage the operation team to fulfil operation KPIs
Planning, resourcing, and reporting for daily basic operation to ensure delivery the order to customer/ dealers/ transporters.
Support and moveable when Our Company have new projects. (Involve: UAT, set up facility…)
Take the initial of report, investigate and follow up for the safety in daily operation
Record the abnormal in daily operation basic to follow up and improve
Communicate with Customer and Transportation to receive the delivery plan, process and lead time of orders
Engage and motivate team members in daily operation
Work with team above for any abnormal cases and special requirement
Training WIs to Operator periodically
Manage Continue Improvement plan all project.
Manage and Deep dive understand WMS software, Warehouse operation and model.
Involve the Operation WIs developments and improvements in Warehouse
Monitor the working time of members and plan OT to comply the company policy
Safety and Quality Assurance
Ensure that team maintains safe procedures of work that all equipment is in good working order. Promptly report defects to maintenance and hygiene is kept to a high standard.
Participate in DSC quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation.
Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
People management
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
Ensure that effective communication is maintained Staffs involved in the Warehouse. To develop and maintain good and effective team communication at all levels.
Monitor individual performance & KPI’s.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Country objectives and targets.

Min 3 – 5 years relevant experience in Warehouse/DC Operations
Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, )
SAP and WMOS knowledge are advantage
Enthusiastic (in order to perform under pressure) and carefulness.
Graduated from a college or university in a relevant major
WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills, Leadership
VBA or Python Data are advantage
Data Analysis (Power BI)
