Warehouse Assistant Manager

New Warehouse in Yen My Industrial Zone, Hung Yen Province:
Operating warehouse:
- Deploy and strictly manage the delivery process;
- Ensure requirements on status and cost of goods in the warehouse as well as supplies, tools, stationery;
Manage work and develop human resources of warehouse:
- Manage resources, ensure employees work with the highest productivity;
- Train, develop job skills for employees, timely train of alternative resources
Improve service quality:
- Predict potential hazards and provide timely preventive measures
- Maintain a good working relationship both inside and outside the company, cooperate, discuss with other departments to provide solutions;
- Offer ideas to develop the department, improve work efficiency;
Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to section;
Setting orientations and methods to increase labor productivity, working spirit and solidarity in warehouse
Making & training SOP for operation
Studying, building new projects, new Customers
