Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor

Job Description (JD):
· Reports to Plant Manager.
Develop a plan to implement material flow management systems to meet production needs.
Coordinate with the Production Planning department to ensure the delivery schedule will be met within the specified time.
Management and control of the raw materials, consumables, and safe storage, inventory, and issuance to the related departments.
Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, expanding, renewing, and installing equipment for the warehouse system to meet the company&039;s requirements.
Evaluate and set up an effective treatment plan to avoid causing adverse effects on the operation of the company.
· Recommends optimal transportation modes, routing, devices, and frequencies.
· Organize the issuance, delivery, and dispatch of goods according to the delivery plan.
· Coordinate with other departments in the request and provision of required goods.
Organize the implementation of 5S work at the warehouse
Manage and supervise the storage control, particularly for the chemical and fire hazard materials to avoid fire, damage, and other safety- related incidents.
Directing personnel to perform a periodic inventory of goods and assets.
Perform other arising tasks as directed by superiors.
Conduct training with the employees, set clear goals, monitor employee performance, and ensure they comply with safety rules and procedures.
Managing and securing the dispatching of produced goods.
Manage and assign tasks to each member of the department, guide, and create an effective working environment for the whole warehouse
Review and approval of shipping documents prior to the goods leaving the company premises.

JOB SPECIAFICATION:
Experience: 5 yrs. In a similar role
Computer skill: word, excel, power point, CAD, 2D
Education: Degree in Engineering or in a relevant field
English: Intermediate
