Visual Designer Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive feedback from team members and make necessary changes.
Meet expectations and deliverables on time of high quality.
Use appropriate colors that are related to brand identity for each graphic.
Design and produce marketing/Sales materials including social posts, advertisements, brochures, guidelines and presentations that reflect the brand’s image and style.
Have ability to produce intros, short videos, video ads for Company products.
Collaborate with Marketing team members to develop design concepts.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Willing to assist other teams and complete urgent tasks within strict deadlines.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time (including documentation and reporting), may create assets for other purposes than the aforesaid.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Strong knowledge of Adobe programs, having skills in video editing and animation is an advantage.
Ability to follow specific guidelines of the localization process.
Keen to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast- paced startup environment.
Strong problem- solving skills, willingness to learn, and drive to optimize.
Fresh or one year of graphics work experience.
Strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications in Graphic Design and Visual Communications required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent sense of layout and design; detail oriented and meticulous in work.
