About the Role
As the Account Manager, you will build and maintain effective long- term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior- level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within with the Vietnam Academic and Government segment.
Responsibilities
Manages accounts in the Vietnam Academic and Government segment.
Works with complex or large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes.
Plans own territory or account approach and manages own resources.
Manages accounts in / sells within a large domestic territory.
Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities.
Creates demand for the organization&039;s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer&039;s senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization&039;s product/service strategies.
Requirements
Working flexible hours- flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive
Skilled in building out (expanding) business with a customer and in strategic account planning. You can connect the dots within customer’s institutions.
Able to operate on an operational, tactical and strategic level.

Experienced at senior levels in sales, account management or similar.
