Vice Manager - Landscape Management

Closely monitor and manage the execution of landscape works and
f all tasks.
individual team members performance, and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and
effective work
Specific research subject reports include plant suitability, high- quality
transplantation, improvement of flowering plant blooms, and effective aquatic plant water purification trials, etc.
Conduct knowledge sharing and staff training Routine basis
Receive and conduct task assignments and any instructions from the Department Head and/or BOD
Report (daily, weekly and monthly) to Department Head and/or BOD Routine basis
*Note: Workplace: The candidate will be working on the Hong Hac Project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (near Hanoi). The company provides a shuttle bus service to transport employees
