Variable Sga Control Officer (3rd Party contract)

Key responsibilitiesVariable Cost Control• Develop appropriate reporting template to keep track of variable cost details such Advertising & Promotion expense, Logistics expense, Service In- warranty expense• Calculate Service In- warranty provision expense and explain the changing points in different periods (budget, forecast, previous forecast, previous year)• Check and review variable cost data submitted by other functional teams before uploading it into system for reporting purpose• Revamp the variable cost data input template as and when necessaryPolicy• Review the existing corporate control related policies and updated them according to the current operation, regional or internal guideline, etc• Drive corporate direction in setting appropriate company policy communication mode across functional teams with the objectives as follow:• Clear policy communication within the company employees, in terms of content change (“what” and “why”), target user group (“who”), timing (“when”), etc• Appropriate storage of policy for ease of reference and retrievalProcess Improvement• Review the current work processes and make improvement to streamline them

Job requirements
• Result oriented and able to work in challenging environment with multiple priorities
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in an MNC/international company
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good in reporting, analysis and problem solving skills
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
