QA Engineer (Automation Test)

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to define clear and effective user story acceptance criteria, ensuring adherence to high- quality standards.
Job Requirements
Develop and maintain automated tests for build and regression phases, integrating them seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline.
Champion shift- left testing by prioritizing early and frequent test automation.
Foster a quality- first culture by promoting best testing practices and conducting training to enhance developers’ testing capabilities.
Design comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and compile test summary reports for newly developed features.
Analyze solution documentation and assist in the identification, testing, and resolution of issues.
Must- Have Skills:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including various test levels, static, and dynamic testing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on test automation for Web, Mobile, or API platforms.
Proven ability to manage and execute testing for new features across multiple testing life cycles.
Proficient in using test automation frameworks and tools, such as:

Mobile automation frameworks
Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Selenium WebDriver with Java

Preferred Technical Skills:
Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript (or similar languages).
Familiarity with tools such as QTest, JIRA, and Confluence.
API testing experience using tools like Postman.
UI testing experience using TestNG, Selenium, or Cypress.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently in a cross- functional, Agile development team.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), especially in a global team setting.
Adaptable to dynamic and fast- paced development environments.
