Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
- Ensure website functionality and stability across various devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
- Conceptualize and execute original website design ideas that prioritize simplicity and user- friendliness
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive- level stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing and research, to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website design
- Design responsive and engaging landing pages that align with industry best practices and company brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and human- centered design approach
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Relevant diploma in Human- Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Web Designer
- Up- to- date knowledge of the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
- Proficiency in visual design and wire- framing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and sensitivity to user- system interaction
- Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative
