Summary
To ensure technical quality in refrigerator service operations by accurately diagnosing issues and supporting service centers with safe, effective, and standardized repair solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Responsibilities
- Proactively update knowledge on new technologies in the refrigeration industry.
- Coordinate in handling technical- related customer and dealer complaints in line with company procedures.
- Perform and guide service centers on proper and safe repair procedures.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues of refrigerators (standard, Inverter, side- by- side).
- Carry out disassembly, parts replacement, gas charging, piping welding, and system cleaning.
