Are you passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to take your first steps in Human Resources? At Tru by Hilton, we’re looking for a driven, detail- oriented HR Intern to join our team at the Head Office in Hanoi.
What You’ll Be Doing – Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Employer Branding

Help manage job postings on recruitment platforms and internal channels
Maintain candidate databases and assist in documenting hiring outcomes
Support candidate sourcing through schools, communities, and referrals
Draft and design simple recruitment content: job posts, images, posters
Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews for entry- level positions

Organize and maintain HR filing systems in a neat and systematic manner
Support data entry, document preparation, and basic translation tasks
Track and monitor office supplies and printing materials for the HR team

Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive, professional work environment
Help develop and publish team member magazine and HR communication materials
Support communication of hotel policies, dress code, and emergency procedures
Coordinate staff engagement events, birthday celebrations, and team- building activities
Ensure staff areas (rest rooms, locker rooms, dormitories) are clean and well- maintained
Assist in preparing internal announcements, newsletters, and visual communications
Take meeting minutes when attending department or team meetings

Able to work well with people at all levels
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
Responsible, motivated, and detail- oriented
