Transportation Quotation & Solution Design
Collaborate closely with the Transport Sourcing team to ensure alignment between proposed costs and actual deliverables.
Lead or participate in cross- functional projects involving multiple departments to enhance transport- related solutions.
Develop and deliver professional presentation materials related to transport solutions in support of the Sales team.
Gather all required data from both internal departments and external stakeholders to support accurate solution design.
Design customized operational processes tailored to the needs of potential customers.
LTL Network Development
Continuously evaluate and enhance network coverage, routing efficiency, and service capabilities.
Design and implement a nationwide, digitalized Less- than- Truckload (LTL) transport network.
TMS (Transport Management System) Customization & Management
Lead the customization and ongoing management of the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure operational effectiveness and user adaptability.
Coordinate with IT and Operations to optimize system performance based on evolving business needs.
New Project Implementation
Oversee project execution, monitor process performance, and propose timely improvements as needed.
Develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new transport- related projects.
Transportation Cost Optimization
Present data- driven optimization proposals and feasibility studies to the Managing Director for strategic decision- making.
Analyze and synthesize transportation cost data to identify inefficiencies and cost- saving opportunities.
Internal Process Improvement
Implement changes to improve process efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Work closely with the Operations and Sourcing teams to review, evaluate, and continuously enhance internal transport processes.
Innovation & Sustainable Development Projects
Propose and implement sustainable transportation solutions aligned with company- wide environmental goals.
Initiate and lead innovative projects aimed at improving transport services, enhancing digital integration, and supporting sustainability objectives.
