Translation Intern (Chinese – English – Vietnamese)

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Translation Intern proficient in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese to support our project execution activities. The intern will work closely with the Business Development (BD) Team, Project Management (PM) Team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely translation of documents and communications across the three languages.
Work Arrangement

Review and verify translations provided by EPC contractors during project execution.
Flexible schedule: Remaining working hours can be arranged based on project requirements and academic commitments.
Perform other translation- related tasks as assigned.
Assist the PM team with ad- hoc translation and interpretation needs.
Provide translation support for emails and on- site communications.
On- site: 1 day per week (preferably Tuesday) to align with weekly operations meetings.
Translate legal and project- related documents between Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Final- year student or recent graduate in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of legal or technical terminology is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to translation accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
