Trade Operation Executive (POSM - Management | Temp contract)

Trade MKT is a vital part of Marketing & Sales operation. And Trade Operation team is responsible for the trading activities, trading systems, and trading service support to internal clients in a fast- paced and dynamic work environment. Some key focus areas for this role are ensuring excellence in service levels provided to internal teams, continuous process improvement, change management, relationship building, and problem resolution.
The Trade Operation Executive will be administratively reporting to the Trade Operation Team leader.
Currently, Heineken Vietnam is looking for 2 potential candidates (8 months & 1 year contract) for this role with below information:
Key Responsibilities
POSM & Commercial Operations (40%)

Collaborate with stakeholders to align POS execution with business objectives.
Manage and update POSM War- chest / Material Catalogue.
Execute cross- functional tasks related to POS material operations.

Data & Reporting (40%)

Maintain accurate data on purchases, deliveries, and budgets.
Deliver detailed reports on trade activities, materials usage, and cost tracking.
Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within approved proposals.

Operational Support & Process Management (20%)

Track all Purchase Orders (PO) vs plan, and manage order flows (in/out).
Coordinate closely with Finance & Procurement on PO terms and payments.
Work with vendors to optimize cost, timeline, and delivery quality.
Monitor service levels, track KPIs, and support issue resolution.
Develop and own the POS yearly operation plan for your assigned area.

Bachelor’s degree
Detailed- oriented, trustworthy, strong commitment at work
Proficiency in Excel (H- look up, V- look up, Pivot table) | Experienced in working with big data is a plus point
At least 3 years experience as Trade Operation or Procurement or Order management (preferred in FMCG, Automotive, or Manufacturing)
Good command of English
Good understanding of planning & forecast is a plus point
