Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Build a high- performance leadership team and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for Karofi Trading Company, aligned with the Group’s long- term vision.
- Collaborate with the Group’s BOD to bring the Karofi brand to global markets.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive growth in revenue, profit, and market share across multiple channels.
- Oversee all commercial operations including domestic sales, retail, e- commerce, and international expansion.
- Expand and strengthen distribution networks and retail systems nationwide and internationally.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Leverage consumer insights and market trends to guide business and product strategies.
- Provide strategic leadership for all marketing activities: brand positioning, communications, digital, trade marketing, CRM, etc.
- Lead impactful product launch campaigns and brand- building initiatives.
Operational & Financial Management
- Identify risks and ensure strong internal control systems are in place.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial performance of the company.
- Improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and optimize resource allocation.
External Relations & Brand Representation
- Represent Karofi in negotiations and strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen Karofi’s reputation as a pioneering and globally- minded Vietnamese brand.
