RECRUITMENT CRITERIA:
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast- paced, change- driven environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team
Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA): ≥ 7.0/10 or ≥ 2.5/4.
Demonstrated potential leadership skills for various functions.
Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s degree graduates from (Master&039;s degree is preferable) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, Commerce or related discipline, with less than 2 years of full- time work experience.
English proficiency: IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEIC ≥ 700, or equivalent (certification not required). Having Chinese as a second language would be an advantage.
WORK LOCATIONS:
Depending on function (HCMC, Hanoi, Nha Be area, Phnom Penh)
