HR Operations
Assist in monitoring and maintaining daily work schedules and attendance records through the HR system.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation arrangements.
Employee Engagement
Assist in preparing internal communications and employee welfare initiatives.
Support the planning and coordination of internal events and employee engagement activities.
Learning & Development
Support the coordination and administration of training programs and onboarding sessions.
Prepare training materials and training documentation.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication is an advantage
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Organized, detail- oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
