Có kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế lâu năm trong lĩnh vực tương đương.
Thành thạo trong việc đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật 2D và có kinh nghiệm vững chắc với AutoCAD để thiết kế, chỉnh sửa bản vẽ chính xác.
Thành thạo trong mô hình hóa 3D, render và thiết kế không gian, sử dụng các phần mềm như CAD, NX, SolidWorks để phát triển các bản mô phỏng cơ khí chính xác và chi tiết.
Có hiểu biết vững chắc về quy trình sản xuất sản phẩm, nắm rõ các điểm kiểm soát quan trọng ở từng giai đoạn và có khả năng phân tích, đề xuất giải pháp hiệu quả khi có sự cố phát sinh trên dây chuyền.
Có nền tảng tốt về nguyên lý gia công cơ khí, có thể tự thiết kế các chi tiết cơ khí đơn giản hoặc phức tạp, đảm bảo độ bền và khả năng gia công.
Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm cao, chăm chỉ, chủ động hợp tác và cùng giải quyết vấn đề với đồng nghiệp.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và phối hợp làm việc xuất sắc, chủ động trong việc vượt qua các thách thức thiết kế.
Tỉ mỉ, chính xác trong việc thực hiện bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tài liệu thiết kế.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs for automation equipment, fixtures, and robotic systems.
Provide conceptual images and design sketches according to project requirements and assist the project designer in completing the project.
Work closely with automation team, production team and other departments.
Ensure manufacturing feasibility by considering material limitations, machining constraints, and assembly processes.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Automation, or a related field
OR
Extensive work experience in a related field
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be highly proficient in interpreting 2D technical drawings and demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD for precise drafting and modification.
Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and spatial design, utilizing software such as CAD, NX, and SolidWorks to develop accurate and detailed mechanical representations.
Strong understanding of product manufacturing processes, including key operational checkpoints at each stage of production, with the ability to analyse and propose effective solutions when issues arise on the production floor.
Solid foundation in mechanical processing principles, capable of independently designing both simple and complex mechanical components while ensuring structural integrity and manufacturability.
Should possess a strong team- oriented mindset, be diligent, and actively engage in collaborative problem- solving with team members.
Excellent problem- solving and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
High attention to detail and precision in technical drawings and documentation.
