RESPONSIBILITIES
Testing domain:
• Establish quality assurance process, quality control to ensure quality in projects.
• Have advance testing skills such as test plan, quality plan, guideline, process standard.
• Evaluate and analysis business, quality for assigned projects.
• Establish testing process, Proactive in quality control.
• Have good technical skills such as database, testing tool, …
• Good understand about automation to increase productivity.
Management:
• Participate development process.
• Good risk management.
• Develop staffing plan, coordinate resource, evaluate performance employees.
• Coaching and build test team.
• Organize regular and advance training, knowledge testing domain.
• Perform quality measurement (monitoring, reporting, evaluating).
