Technical Team Lead

Belle.ai is looking for a Technical Team Lead who acts as a true "Product Founder" on the engineering side, focusing on the application of AI in medicine. You will serve as the technical backbone for our entire product ecosystem, not just a single application.
This role is ideal for someone who is product- driven, ambitious, curious, and not afraid to step outside pure engineering to learn medical knowledge.
You will lead the engineering execution across two critical evolutionary stages of the company:
Stage 1: Search for Product- Market- Fit (PMF): Rapid experimentation and "build fast, learn fast."
Dual- Mode Engineering Execution: Lead the squad to ship MVPs quickly in Stage 1, and shift gears to robust architecture, scalability, and system reliability in Stage 2 (Post- PMF).
Key Responsibilities: Holistic Technical Ownership (All Products Scope) across Consumer (C) and Business/Provider (B) sides.
Stage 2: Growth & Scale: Transforming successful MVPs into robust, scalable enterprise- grade systems.
Provider & Internal Ecosystem: Architect and develop complex Web Portals for Dermatologists, Clinics, and internal Admin tools to manage data and interactions securely.
Mindset (very important): Curious and eager to learn, product- oriented, ambitious and driven, creative and innovative, growth mindset, fearless attitude.
Technical Leadership & DevOps: Mentor a nimble team of developers, conduct context- adaptive code reviews, manage incident response, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AWS/GCP/Firebase).
Consumer Ecosystem: Build high- engagement mobile apps (React Native/Flutter) for users to scan skin, track progress, and receive AI advice.
AI & Core Integration: Seamless integration of AI models, LLM APIs, and RAG pipelines across all products (Consumer App & Doctor Dashboard).
Data- Driven Iteration: Implement analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) deeply into both Consumer and Provider products to drive product decisions.

Leadership: Experience leading cross- functional teams, setting clear goals, taking responsibility, and supporting member skill improvement.
Startup DNA: Thrives in ambiguity and is willing to "wear many hats."
True Fullstack Proficiency: Fluent in shifting context between Mobile UI (React Native/Flutter), Backend Logic (Python/Node.js), and Admin Web Apps (React/Next.js).
Dual Mindset: Demonstrated ability to switch between "Hacker Mode" (getting things done fast) and "Architect Mode" (building for scale and stability).
Culture Fit: Prefers working software over comprehensive documentation, rapid iteration over perfect architecture (with a plan to refactor), and values user empathy over technical purity.
Nice- to- Haves: Experience with Generative AI products, previous experience in HealthTech/Telemedicine, or experience transitioning a product from MVP to scale.
Experience: 10+ years of Fullstack engineering experience, with a portfolio demonstrating ability to build complex ecosystems (Consumer Apps + Admin/Provider Dashboards).
AI Proficiency: Expert at prompting AI to generate code blocks, refactors, and debugs to maximize velocity.
English: Fluent English is mandatory for global collaboration.
