TECHNICAL MANAGER

Fluency in English is essential, and basic proficiency in Vietnamese is required to communicate effectively with part of our development team.

We are seeking a hands- on, proactive Technical Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges, improving systems with limited resources, and driving innovative product design through the efficient use of technology. This individual will serve as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring our custom software, systems, and team operate at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a self- starter with a “can- do” attitude. Someone who not only manages but actively optimizes, automates, and scales. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and our development team to enhance the performance of our engineers, streamline workflows, and systematically embed AI across all functions.
