We are currently recruiting for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Actively source and build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, networking, headhunting, etc.).
• Manage job postings and recommend suitable recruitment channels for each position.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and propose effective recruitment strategies.
• Update and track recruitment progress, suggest ideas to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate interview and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in employer branding activities on social media.
• Execute monthly recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and ensure candidate quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably with headhunting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Organized, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about recruitment and proactive in hunting candidates.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Experience or interest in Employer Branding is a plus.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job sites, or other sourcing tools (LinkedIn connections is a plus).
