Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

This role serves as a talent advisor, sourcing specialist, and recruiter, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
To lead and execute end- to- end recruitment activities, focusing on key business roles such as Commercial & Supply Chain contributing to GoodFood’s growth in Hanoi and the Northern market.

Talent Acquisition (80%)

Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate next interview rounds.
Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment and hiring decisions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment report.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Prepare job offers and ensure smooth onboarding for successful candidates.
Proactively source candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, industry networks, headhunters, referrals, etc.).

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline (20%)

Represent the company in job fairs, university partnerships, and HR networking events.
Strengthen GoodFood’s employer brand, especially within Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates in FMCG / F&B / Logistics / Commercial functions.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and social media (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
At least 5 years of hands- on recruitment experience, ideally in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MUST HAVE: Good English communication (dotted line Malaysian GM)
Preferred:
Experience hiring for Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations roles.
Previous work in FMCG, F&B, or a headhunting agency.
