Talent Acquisition & People Ops Executive

As we continue scaling our business and organizational capability, we are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help fuel this growth through high- quality non- technical recruitment and strong employer brand presence.
I/ WHAT YOU DO
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Talent Acquisition & People Ops Executive who will take ownership of recruitment activities while supporting People Operations initiatives to enhance employee experience and team culture.
This role focuses approximately 70% on Talent Acquisition and 30% on People Operations.
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Hiring & Recruitment

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Manage end- to- end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Prepare job descriptions and recruitment postings aligned with hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, networking events).

Employer Branding

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time- to- fill, cost- per- hire, pipeline quality) to improve hiring efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing/Communication teams to develop recruitment content and campaigns.
Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and recruitment activities.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high- quality candidates.

People Operations (30%)
Training & Development

Work with team leads to identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
Support the organization and execution of internal training sessions (technical, soft skills, leadership development).
Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.

Culture & Engagement

Assist in organizing company events, team bonding activities, and internal communication initiatives.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen team collaboration and company values.
Support the implementation of employee engagement and culture- building activities.

People Ops Support

Support internal surveys and feedback collection to improve employee experience.
Assist in improving People Ops processes and workflows.
Maintain HR documentation and internal records.

II/ WHO YOU ARE
Experience

Strong network of candidates and/or recruitment service partners.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment; experience in IT or SaaS environments is a strong advantage.

Skills

Ability to ask the right questions, analyze needs, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid sourcing, market research, and pipeline- building capability.
