Talent Acquisition (60%)
Develop recruitment strategies based on workforce planning and business growth objectives within the plant protection products market.
Work closely with departments (especially Sales, Agronomy/Field Service, Technical Support) to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
Track recruitment performance indicators, including time- to- fill, cost- per- hire, and retention rates after probation.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviews, assessment coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and promote employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive employer in the agricultural and plant protection sector.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: professional networks, agricultural universities, industry associations, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
Learning & Development (40%)
Conduct training needs analysis across departments with a focus on field sales capability, product technical knowledge, regulatory guidelines, and advisory/consultation skills.
Lead L&D projects
, including:
Coordinate and/or conduct internal and external training programs (onboarding, product training, sales capability workshops, leadership development).
Maintain complete training records and provide periodic L&D reports to management.
Competency Framework Development: Build and maintain competency models and role capability profiles for key functions (Sales, Technical Support, etc.).
E- Learning System Implementation: Coordinate with IT/Technical teams to build internal e- learning platforms, digital training content, and training records.
Design training materials and structured development roadmaps.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, sharing, and internal knowledge transfer.
Training with Marketing Projects: Partner with Marketing to develop product- based training campaigns, demo field sessions, customer education content, and distributor workshops.
Evaluate training effectiveness using recognized models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
