System Architecture Coordination and Understanding:

Work closely with the Honeywell RE (Resident Engineer) and relevant parties to conduct in- depth analysis of the system architecture, workflows, and supporting processes to ensure suitability and optimization of the MES system.

System Operations Support and Administration:

Perform incident logging and resolution via the GTAC system, coordinating with the OEM vendor support team to ensure quick, accurate, and effective issue resolution.
Timely handling of system incidents and issues, ensuring the system remains in continuous and stable operation 24/7 (when necessary).
Execute tasks related to functional support, administration, and configuration of the MES application system based on actual production requirements.

Documentation and Knowledge Building:

Compile and maintain critical technical knowledge for internal training purposes and for long- term operational redundancy.
Create detailed user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configuration documentation.

Participation in Reviews and Improvement Proposals:

Regularly participate in technical meetings, System Health Checks, and periodic operational performance evaluations.
Provide input and innovative suggestions to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize the technology system.

Support Transition and Independent Operation Plan:

Participate in preparing and executing system transition (knowledge transfer) plans internally or in coordination with the vendor, ensuring a smooth handover process and proper system functionality post- transition.

Specialty/Qualification: Bachelor&039;s degree in MIS/Computer science, Telecommunications, and Information Security.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in functional support and application system administration.
Strong advantage if experienced in the manufacturing, automation, or Oil & Gas/Energy industries.
Specific experience with MES systems is a major plus.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of MES systems and the components of production automation systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS).
Possess strong foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Networking (LAN/WAN), and basic security solutions (antivirus software).
Proficient in troubleshooting, system debugging, and data backup/restore.
Ability to read, write, and modify scripts and basic SQL commands for data retrieval and processing
Cross- Disciplinary Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, antivirus, operating systems), networking, and enterprise applications.
Soft Skills:
Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening), capable of reading technical documentation, writing accurate reports, and communicating clearly with international partners.
Proactive, flexible, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle high- pressure situations and maintain performance.
Willingness to work overtime or travel as required by the job.
Relevant Certifications (Preferred):
Certifications in System Administration (e.g., Microsoft, Linux), Automation, Project Management (e.g., PMP, ITIL), or specialized certifications related to MES, PLC, SCADA.
