Position Summary
Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading end- to- end supply chain operations to support the company’s growth across international markets. This role ensures efficient sourcing, production planning, quality control, logistics and inventory management while aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives, product development direction and international market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a high- performing supply chain and quality team with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous innovation.
Align supply chain operations with product development, sales strategy, and market expansion plans.
Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure stability, flexibility, and business continuity.
Develop and execute supply chain strategy to support business growth and customer demand in international markets.
Sourcing, Procurement & Supplier Management
Drive supplier performance reviews and long- term partnerships aligned with international standards and customer expectations.
Ensure supplier capability, capacity planning, cost competitiveness, and quality compliance.
Manage local and regional suppliers, including sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation.
Demand Planning, Logistics & Operations
Manage import/export operations including customs compliance, HS codes, trade documentation, and regulatory requirements for international markets.
Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management for international customers.
Supervise logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure cost- effective, on- time delivery to international markets.
Collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to meet delivery timelines and customer specifications.
Quality, Compliance & Sustainability
Develop and oversee quality assurance processes across production and logistics.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards (e.g. FSC, REACH, BSCI, ESG requirements).
Integrate sustainability initiatives into the supply chain, including ethical sourcing, sustainable materials and carbon footprint reduction.
Performance & Digitalization
Lead transformation initiatives through process optimization, data analytics, and ERP/MRP systems.
Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting systems for supply chain visibility and performance tracking.
