• Optimize data workflows and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time.
• Conduct ad- hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data- driven decision- making across the organization.
• Design and implement tools and systems to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in automation, data analysis, and technology.
• Develop and maintain automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.
• Eagerness to expand knowledge and learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, with a strong emphasis on VBA scripting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI with practical, hands- on experience.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
