Job Detail:
Job objective:
- Monitoring and control Forwarder to custom clearance on time and no upcharge.
- Day to day follow up on demand changes, promotions or other volume/value driving events; to verify and reflect in Demand Plan for sharing across entire organization.
- Control and maximize inventory at distribution center of company.
- Plan to import and allocate goods to meet distribution plan of company.
- Responsibility for activities related to Import / Export Nabati Vietnam.
- Cooperation with export team and Import team all import / export documents ready for custom clearance on time.
Scope of work:
- Based on business development plan and distribution plan, marketing programs of promotion/ supporting, estimate monthly sales volume and import plan to meet request of volume and kind of goods.
- Maintenance of 4 months rolling forecast.
- Monitoring and chasing Import – Export team Import – Export documents ready on time for custom clearance.
- Import – Export documentation.
- Active participation in monthly CMO Process and cross- functional collaboration.
- Tracking goods condition at distribution centers and timely suggest solutions of decrease stock and clear stock.
- Analyse effectiveness of inventory and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Monitoring export – import products plan.
- Analysis of data trends vs. commercial plans on specific products.
- Allocate goods between distribution centers, at the same time take responsibility for allocation goods in case of lacking or late compared with shipment plan.
- Base on Demand Planning and Export plan preparation import – export documents.
- Follow up and tracking Forwarder do custom clearance on time.
- Combine with relevant departments to set up relevant processes to meet effectively business goal and improve working effect.
- Update, balance inventory at distribution center and at warehouse of distributors, make import plan to meet volume and kind of goods.
Job Relationship:
Demand Planner maintains following relationships for roles and responsibilities:
- Forwalder: Follows and checks import & export documents.
- Marketing Dept. & Sale Dept.: for combination of estimating sales volume, monthly order plan.
- Export team: order plan and import plan.
- Other Division in the company.
- Sales Operation team: collection and analyze sales data, inventory at distributors.
- Minh Phương Logistic: Goods transfer plan to distributions centers.
- Logistic team: Inventory data at warehouse, analyze goods status.
Job Responsibility:
Estimate sales volume
· Take responsibility to measure difference of estimation, combine with Marketing Dept. to analyse the reason and suggest improvement to enhance accuracy of estimation as company’s objective.
· Foster Marketing Dept., Sales Administration to timely supply analytic data of sales volume for sales Dept. to make sure the progress of sales estimation and order timely.
· Combine with Marketing Dept. and Sales Dept. to make sure accuracy of sales estimation and maximize inventory.
Importing plan and allocate goods
· Make sure import & export documents correctly.
· Analyze goods status which late rotated at each area and timely suggest transfer solution to avoid decayed and out of date.
· Timely inform the goods status and allocate key SKU appropriately to help sales force to take the initiative in distribution.
· Ensure availability of goods for distribution plan at distribution centers at every time, transfer plan is ready with optimal & suitable cost for business plan of company.
· Ensure DOI of distribution centers and inventory at distributors.
· Take main responsibility to foster relevant departments to finish confirmed order monthly timely.
· Take responsibility to measure the reliability of supplying goods of Export team, combine with export team to analyse the reason and suggest improvement solution to enhance the trust for supplying goods as company’s objective.

Yêu cầu công việc

Competence requirement:
· Additional experiences in logistics would be beneficial.
· Flexible thinking, communication and high coordination.
· University degree.
· Communicate clearly, effectively with strong database.
· Work experience in demand/ supply planning, preferably in FMCG industry.
· Leading skill is highly required when making sales volume estimation and timely & exactly making order.
· Honesty and Righteous: ability to commit to maintain righteous spirit, social behaviour related to ethics, and company’s value. Follow closely on rules and compliance business ethics and base principle.
· Speedily, timely & exactly process and analyse data to meet the deadline of progress.
