Store Supervision
• Conduct routine physical inventory checks.
• Prepare the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving
• Follow up of all pending purchase requisitions with the purchaser to ensure the timely replenishment of depleted stocks in accordance with the par levels defined by Management.
• Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report and any other reports as required by Hotel Management.
• Issue and re- order stock and to ensure that no goods leave the storeroom without a proper authorized store requisition.
• Prevent loss, spoilage and breakage by careful monitoring of the expiry date of perishable items, monitoring the slow moving items and keeping the store clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure the safety of all stored items by keeping the Store locked when unattended and out of office hours.
• Post on the stock system all movements of goods in and out of stores in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum 1 years of experience in an office administrative role or 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Diploma education
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
