JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB OVERVIEW
InApps isseeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HRteam. This role will be responsible for executing efficient recruitmentprocesses, with a special focus on the software technology sector, to attractand select talented candidates who align with our company culture andrequirements.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitmentand Talent Attraction
Develop specific recruitment plans and timelines for each position
Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time- to- hire, cost- per- hire, quality of hire)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture
Develop and maintain a quality candidate pipeline to minimize dependence on external sources (headhunters and partners)
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize diverse recruitment channels: job portals, social media, referral programs, university partnerships
Execute recruitment activities upon project requirements: Source candidates, screen CVs, participate in initial interviews to ensure candidates meet the position requirements
HR Supportand Administrative Tasks
Update candidate profiles in ATS system
Prepare periodic recruitment reports (weekly/monthly)
Manage candidate database and maintain long- term relationships
Participate in organizing recruitment meetings and record meeting minutes
Support other HR activities such as onboarding and employer branding events
REQUIREMENTS
Educationand Experience
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with IT recruitment experience
Knowledge of software/information technology industry and emerging technology trends
ProfessionalSkills
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, VietnamWorks, TopCV, ITviec
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Effective candidate assessment and interviewing skills
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and technical requirements
Soft Skill:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities
LanguageRequirements
English: Minimum intermediate level (reading comprehension, basic communication)
Vietnamese: Native level
