Spa Therapist

• Storing the inventory at Spa with reasonable quantity; ensuring the goods are always full
• Follow the correct procedures to welcome guests at the treatment room and bring guests into the changing room, see off guests according to work standards
• Respond politely to customer requests
• Maintain sufficient stock of professional products for treatment rooms to ensure rooms are always stocked
• Clean, prepare beds, rooms before and after guests use, always make sure rooms and tools are clean and tidy according to standards.
• Complete the treatments in the best way according to the customer&039;s request
• Performing spa services: physical therapy, skin care, waxing...
• Consulting products and services for customers
• Regularly reviewing processes and policies related to the department; giving advices to improve services is always appreciated
• Monitor the condition of the equipment and notify the Spa manager if there is a need for repair or maintenance
• Being flexible in working hours, supporting all Spa demands if required
• Solving guest complaints well; reporting to Spa Manager for solutions if the issues are out of control

• Performing other tasks assigned by superior.

• Foreign languages: Basic English communication
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
• Other skills: Communication, arrangement, presentation skills
• Having ability to orient guests, spirit of service
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Graduating from high school
• Computer: Proficient in office computer
• Having at least 01 year working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort
