Solution Engineer

Our strategic partner is a foreign- invested enterprise and a subsidiary of a reputable international group from Asia. The company specializes in construction execution, operational solutions, and the provision of solutions and products related to pure water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for industrial sectors.
Job Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation and support during client meetings and technical presentations.
Develop process flow diagrams and perform preliminary cost calculations for proposed solutions.
Conduct weekly site inspections and submit progress and operation reports to the line manager.
Collaborate with the solution team leader and process engineers to identify and resolve operational issues.
Participate in and support monthly coordination meetings with clients.
Supervise and coordinate activities of O&M subcontractors.
Provide administrative and technical support for the Operation and Maintenance team.
Prepare technical proposals including detailed engineering design documentation for water and wastewater treatment plants.
Organize work independently and manage assigned schedules effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team to conduct customer visits and on- site surveys.

Candidates with prior experience working in similar organizations are given priority.
Japanese language proficiency is considered an advantage.
Fundamental knowledge of water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, and chemical processes.
Age ranges from 26 to 36 years old.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in design engineering and system operation roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a closely related discipline.
Experience in managing operation and maintenance service packages is a strong advantage.
Ability to use English in a professional working environment.
Understanding of operation and maintenance principles and management practices.
Diligent, proactive, and positive working attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage personal workload and timelines.
