Solution Architect (Banking Domain) /Hanoi

Our Client is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect, based in Hanoi with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing complex business solutions in the banking domain. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions to support our banking operations.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
Design and implement end- to- end solution architectures for transformation and modernization initiatives
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product
Evaluate current architectures and propose and implement appropriate technical solutions to meetbusiness requirements
Manage and coordinate efforts among various teams to ensure that project deliverables are met

Strong technical and design skills
Fast learner of new and emerging technologies
Strong knowledge of banking systems, transactions, and processes
Excellent problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in the banking domain is a must
Ability to work in a fast- paced, high- effort, dynamic work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud platforms
Self- motivated with the ability to drive features to deliver.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role
