Shipping Import Specialist - Củ Chi

- Co- operation with other departments to make delivery schedule and coordinate the trucks daily.
- Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
- Work with oversea team to get the shipment’s details, prepare shipping docs and work with Customs broker to complete customs procedure.
- Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the import shipments on time and meet customer/production request.
- Monitor the shipment, coordinate with all concerned parties and customs broker to resolve all arisen issues related and arrange for the best delivery schedule.
- Handle import process and ensure smooth delivery of import shipment to factories.
- Expense report checking and implement payment procedure for all inbound shipping cost.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Good team working spirit. Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ, Cu Chi, HCMC
- Experience in working with Forwarders (Sea, Air, Express) and Carriers is a must.
- Experienced and skillful in shipment arrangement
- Able to use VNACCS software, strong knowledge in ERP system.
- Proficiency in customs procedures and experienced in resolving customs related matters.
- Language: Mandatory communication in English and import- export English. Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable
- Able to work independently and under tight time schedule.
- Good at reporting skill
- Good logic thinking. Good Problem- solving skills.
- Computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint especially good at excel, macro skill is preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Import- Export, 2- 3 years working experience (background in EPE is preferred)
- Working hours: Mon- Fri ( 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM )
