SEO Specialist

We&039;re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Services team at Niteco. This is a strategic, high- impact role designed for an experienced marketer with a strong analytical and consulting mindset. You will be the go- to expert for a portfolio of global clients, responsible for crafting growth strategies, leading communication, and ensuring our clients stay ahead in the era of AI- driven search.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Data- driven Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive SEO performance reports (utilize data tracking tools like GA4 and Looker Studio). Transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
Performance Accountability: Own the KPIs. Drive, monitor, report, and deliver key SEO KPIs including organic traffic, AI visibility, conversions, rankings, and brand share of voice.
Innovation & GEO: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly the impact of AI in search (SGE, generative AI), and integrate new best practices into growth strategies for clients.
Comprehensive SEO Execution: Conduct in- depth site audits covering all facets of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Have a deep understanding of technical SEO best practices regarding crawling, indexing readiness of the client website. Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation of improvements.
Strategic Client Consultancy: Lead client communications on SEO strategy, performance, and opportunities. Confidently present complex data and clearly articulate the "why" behind our SEO initiatives and their impact on the client’s bottom line.
Holistic Project Management: Design and oversee end- to- end SEO campaigns, including advanced keyword research, content planning, and competitive analysis to capture high- value traffic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Communication: Exceptional client- facing and communication skills in English, with a proven ability to explain complex topics to non- technical stakeholders.
Additions: Knowledge of Search Ad/PPC campaigns is considered a plus.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrate ability to improve organic search performance and achieve KPIs.
Knowledge Depth: Well- rounded SEO expertise covering on- page, off- page, technical SEO, and GEO best practices.
Analytical Stack: A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience and 5+ years in digital marketing. Agency and client- facing experience is highly preferred.
Mindset: A collaborative spirit, critical thinker having the ability to manage projects independently with high attention to detail.
