The person will provide cover for three specific functions:
● Managing key clients to establish a positive relationship and ensure that all client KPIs are met with effective communication maintained.
● Supporting the Experience/SEO Director to create a best- in- class SEO product, and contribute to the development of other verticals such as Content, CRO, and Ecommerce.
● Leading GEO optimisation across emerging search ecosystems including LLMs, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview to ensure clients remain discoverable beyond traditional search engines.
Key Accountabilities
● Follow global best- practice Experience/SEO processes and guidelines to ensure methodical, planned, and effective strategies.
● Work with the Experience/SEO Director to research and develop new strategies, approaches, and products.
● Execute best- in- class Experience and SEO strategies for all clients.
● Prepare for and attend regular client meetings.
● Primarily support the Experience/SEO Director in day- to- day tasks.
● Understand, manage, and deliver against client KPIs.
● Support the team on daily tasks to maintain RED² standards.
● Provide accurate and clear communication to clients via email, phone, and presentations.
● Oversee planning, prioritisation, and completion of Experience/SEO tasks for the team.
● Any ad hoc requirements as requested by the Experience/SEO Director.
● Demonstrate a keen eye for opportunity and gap analysis for new business.
● Develop, implement, and monitor GEO optimisation strategies across new search channels including: Understand Large Language Models (LLMs) ChatGPT Search Perplexity Google AI Overview Other emerging AI- driven discovery platforms This includes ensuring client content is structured, surfaced, and optimised for AI- enhanced search behaviours.
● Support the Regional team on regional when required.
● Stay up to date on the latest Experience and SEO technology and updates.
● Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards Experience and SEO with a strong desire to learn and innovate.
