Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment efforts for full- time positions, as well as staffing projects.
This role will:
Coordinate interview schedules and salary offers depending on the role.
Screen and engage candidates, discuss job details and salary expectations prior to sharing with Hiring Managers.
Submit weekly recruitment reports to the Senior HR Manager and BOM.
Receive recruitment orders from Hiring Managers (Project Leaders or Department Heads).
Post job advertisements mainly on social media channels (fanpage, recruitment groups, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn, recruitment sites).
Approximately 20% of the role includes HR/Administrative tasks such as compiling office expense reports, reception duties, and supporting internal events.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview logistics and manage salary offers as appropriate.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored for Field Marketing and FMCG/Technology sectors.
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and align expectations on job content and salary.
Support office administration, expense reporting, reception, and internal HR events.
Maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs.
Submit weekly recruitment reports to Sr. HR Manager and BOM.
Manage end- to- end recruitment processes for full- time positions and project staffing roles.
Requirements
2- 3 years of experience in a similar role within Field Marketing companies, FMCG businesses, or headhunt agencies.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Solid knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Experience in handling high- volume recruitment, especially for sales and field roles.
