Senior SAP Fiori & BTP CAP Technical Lead

Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members on Fiori and BTP CAP technologies.
Stay updated with latest SAP Fiori and BTP CAP technologies and best practices.
Conduct presales activities, project estimation, and resource planning for complex implementations.
Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
Architect full- stack CAP applications and oversee Cloud Foundry XSUAA security setup.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and implement process improvements.
Lead the design, development, and support of advanced SAP BTP CAP applications with scalable data models using CDS.
Design, develop, and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Drive systems integration with SAP and non- SAP platforms using OData services and APIs.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance across both platforms.

Required Skills

Development Tools: Proficient in SAP BAS, Visual Studio Code, Web IDE, Eclipse, and Multi- Target Application (MTA) deployment.
Communication: Fluent English communication skills for client engagement and team management.
Integration: Experience with SAP Gateway, OData services, ABAP, CDS Views, and API integration.
SAP Fiori: Expert proficiency in SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Fiori design principles.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct presales, project estimation, and training delivery.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Security & Deployment: Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, App Routers, XSUAA, and UI Theme Designer.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP Fiori development with real- world project implementations and 3+ years hands- on SAP BTP CAP experience.
SAP BTP CAP: Strong expertise in Cloud Application Programming Model using NodeJS/Java, Core Data Services (CDS).

Preferred Skills

SAP Fiori, BTP, or CAP- related certifications.
Experience in UI security, performance optimization, and debugging with logs/trace analysis.
Familiarity with SAP Workflow, SAP Basis concepts, and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP HANA, SQL Script, Stored Procedures, Calculation Views, and Cloud Connector.
Track record in business development, solution architecture, and client relationship management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC integration, and ABAP/BAdI implementations.
Project management or technical leadership certification.
