RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Software QC Engineer will be responsible for leading testing efforts and mentoring junior team members. Specific responsibilities include:
Analyzing and reporting defects, proposing solutions and improvement strategies.
Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, workflows, and frameworks for projects.
Designing, writing, executing, and documenting detailed test cases.
Adhering to and enforcing established company QA processes and procedures.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior QC engineers on testing methodologies and best practices.
Creating and reviewing testing estimations for projects.
Identifying and clarifying any ambiguities or inconsistencies in software specifications.
Utilizing the defect tracking system to effectively report, track, and monitor defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Strong general IT knowledge.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum one year of experience in API and performance testing.
Excellent English skills to comprehend technical specifications.
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with automated testing (a plus).
In- depth understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Experience leading a small QC team (1- 2 members).
