YOUR ROLE
Project Delivery & Operations (Core)
● Work with related teams to plan, build checklists, proposals, reports, and improve project execution processes.
● Monitor the entire campaign execution: control quality, KPIs, and costs; proactively identify risks and propose solutions/optimizations during execution.
● Develop implementation plans by phases, including timeline, task lists, owners, deliverables, and checklists; ensure project progress and service quality.
● Consolidate and update progress/performance reports weekly/monthly or by project milestones; standardize report templates and contribute feedback to improve implementation processes.
● Receive project briefs; clarify objectives, scope, and requirements; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align on an appropriate execution approach based on the project context.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Planning, Serving, Creative, Operation, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and ensure project timelines and quality.
Client Service & Quality Control
● Control the quality of all deliverables/work before handover to clients.
● Act as the main coordinator in preparing proposals/plans/checklists/reports for clients; ensure accuracy in scope and quality before submission.
● Proactively update project status, manage client expectations, monitor client satisfaction; handle issues promptly, clearly, and effectively to protect KPIs and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Advantage: Experience leading or coordinating a small project- based team.
● High sense of responsibility; proactive and flexible in handling tasks.
● English proficiency in all four skills.
● At least 3 years of experience in project management/communications/product; preference for experience in multi- channel campaigns or agency environments.
● Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation processes; good cross- functional collaboration skills.
● Good time management, organizational, and decision- making skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, etc.).
