We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail- oriented Senior PR Specialist to join the Vinschool Marketing and Communications Team. This is a strategic content- based position focused on storytelling, project execution, and delivering impactful communication within a large- scale education system.
I. Job Description
1. Strategic Content Development Know how to “dig deep”: independently source accurate and compelling information from schools, departments, and internal databases.
Proactively identify storytelling opportunities from within the system – including academic milestones, school events, student excellence, or cross- functional initiatives.
Ensure messaging is aligned with the school’s vision, values, and long- term positioning.
Develop and deliver strategic content across multiple platforms (articles, video scripts, infographics, social posts, newsletters...) that highlights Vinschool‘s educational achievements, values, and student success stories.
Collaborate with the design, digital and admissions teams to launch content campaigns across key channels (Facebook, YouTube, email, website, PR kits...).
2. Campaign Planning & Project ExecutionMonitor timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality output under deadlines.
Deliver clear, data- informed post- campaign reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Be responsible for turning briefs into actionable plans: outline approach, define objectives, timelines, content needs, and deliverables.
Plan and manage complex communication campaigns with multiple stakeholders across the school network.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to manage multi- channel campaigns and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, International Business, or equivalent. Candidates with international education are highly preferred.
Experience in large- scale organization and/or in the education sector is a big plus.
A team player with excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills.
Sharp problem- solving & information- sourcing mindset: can think logically, ask the right questions, find the right people/data, and propose effective solutions.
Fluent English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
High attention to detail and strong project ownership – doesn’t just "execute", but understands what success looks like.
Strong content creation skills: exceptional writing, creative storytelling, and concept development across formats.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Communications, Content, Marketing, or Education – preferably in dynamic, structured environments.
