KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Management & Department Head Reporting
Review and reconcile data across systems: CRM, invoicing, finance, and product usage.
Establish early warning systems for abnormal growth indicator trends.
Standardize KPI definitions company- wide: qualified leads, deal closing rate, transaction completion time, breakage rate, offer usage rate, etc.
Set up and automate visual reporting systems for the CEO and relevant departments.
Design standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for revenue streams such as: commissions, management fees, unused revenue, total transaction value, gross profit, customer pipeline, usage rate, co- branded card programs, etc.
Program Effectiveness Evaluation
Recommend A/B testing plans, budget optimization, offer assortment, and deployment models.
Analyze pre- and post- launch program effectiveness: including revenue uplift, offer usage rate, customer acquisition cost/lifetime value (CAC/LTV), and net new user growth.
Identify success or inefficiency drivers: by industry, channel, messaging, user behavior, and technical readiness.
Build ROI measurement frameworks for programs such as: point redemption, e- gift vouchers, co- branded card promotions, and retailer co- sponsored campaigns.
Sales Performance Measurement
Analyze performance by customer segment: industry, region, contract value, onboarding time.
Propose incentive policies based on actual profit contribution and debt collection capability.
Develop individual performance dashboards for the sales team, covering: number of meetings, proposals sent, CRM adherence, deal closing rate, revenue, and total transaction value.
Participate in standardizing sales process stages and evaluation criteria for each stage.
Industry Reports Publishing
Standardize documentation structure: executive summary, key findings, and visual data appendix.
Collaborate to publish bilingual (Vietnamese – English) versions for sales teams, strategic partners, and B2B communications.
Compile in- depth industry reports (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, etc.): including behavioral data, case studies, and benchmark metrics.
Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
