Senior PO/BA

- Do the research about AI when requested.
- Design wireframes and prototypes that translate complex functionality into intuitive interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning
- Create detailed product requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Define product metrics that measure both user experience and business impact
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product messaging aligns with user experience
- Apply BA skills to conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases that incorporate marketing insights
- Own the product vision and roadmap, balancing business objectives with user needs
- Work with engineering to ensure technical feasibility of UX designs
Prefer Experience
- Product Marketing: Background in product marketing, go- to- market strategy, positioning, or customer- facing communications
- Business Analysis: Experience as a Business Analyst with skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and translating business needs into technical specifications
- AI Experience (Bonus): Previous exposure to AI- powered products or machine learning applications would be beneficial but is not required
- UX Design: Significant experience with user experience design, research methodologies, or information architecture
- Product Management: Experience in product ownership, product management, or similar roles in technology products

- Graduated from TOP universities (such as HUST, PTIT and VNU) with IT related majors
- 5+ years of combined experience across product management, business analysis, UX design, or product marketing roles

- Experience with product analytics tools and data- driven decision making

- Proven expertise in UX methodologies and user research techniques

- Ability to create compelling business cases and ROI analyses

- Experience bridging communication between technical and business teams

- Experience with product positioning, messaging, and go- to- market strategies

- Proficiency with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements documentation and process modeling

- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
