Position Summary
A creative storyteller who understands luxury lifestyle branding and can bring the Vignette Collection spirit to life through impactful campaigns, PR exposure, KOL collaborations, media partnerships, and strong market positioning. This role is responsible for elevating brand awareness, driving guest engagement, and creating meaningful storytelling experiences that differentiate the hotel within the luxury hospitality market.
Guest Experience
Support the planning and promotion of hotel events, collaborations, and campaigns
Work closely with local third- party partners and maintain professional relationships with media and industry stakeholders
Produce monthly marketing, PR, and social media performance reports
Build strong relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, publications, and local partners to maximize brand exposure
Research and identify new opportunities within target luxury and lifestyle market segments
Create, develop, and market key events and brand activations for the hotel, especially during key business periods
Create and maintain a comprehensive media, PR, and marketing contact database relevant to the hotel’s target audience
Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure brand storytelling is consistently brought to life throughout the guest journey
Manage and promote the hotel across IHG brand platforms, digital channels, and social media
Communicate effectively to target markets the hotel’s positioning, experiences, dining concepts, events, and luxury lifestyle offerings
Respond to media enquiries and support PR opportunities, interviews, and brand features
People
Work closely with department heads to support hotel activations, campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives
Manage day- to- day marketing and communications activities, ensuring effective planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives
Train and guide team members on luxury brand standards, storytelling, digital marketing, and PR best practices
Foster a collaborative “One Team” culture across departments to support commercial and brand objectives
Develop and mentor the Marketing team through coaching, feedback, and performance development
Financial
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and revenue objectives
Implement PR campaigns highlighting hotel achievements, awards, partnerships, and unique guest experiences
Support commercial performance through strategic marketing initiatives and market visibility
Drive promotional activities, media partnerships, and brand collaborations to support hotel positioning
Manage and control marketing and PR budgets effectively to maximize ROI and brand exposure
Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Preferred Profile
Strong experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality marketing, branding, or PR
Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand positioning
Pre- opening experience is highly preferred
Ability to bring luxury lifestyle concepts and guest experiences to life through impactful storytelling
Strong storytelling, communication, and creative campaign development skills
Existing network with media, KOLs, influencers, PR agencies, and luxury publications
