Job accountability
The Senior Manager- ERP is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and supporting ERP solutions for SABECO. The Senior Manager- ERP will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing project management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Senior Manager- ERP will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
Job responsibility
• Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Create and prepare actionable communication towards different stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business functions, external partners, and vendors.
• Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for the day- to- day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Design and develop a communications strategy that includes the development of a full- year plan and calendar in cooperation with Leadership Team to support all functional change programs.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout transformation life- cycle.
• Partnering with other teams to help execute initiatives to drive operational scale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Develop short- term and long- term roadmap/implementation plan for digital projects with overview and detail integration models.
• Apply a project management process and tools to create a strategy in the management of projects from discovery to adoption, within budget and on- time.
• Lead systems development efforts through full project lifecycle ensuring timeline, quality and gaining business alignments.
• Track and report issues.
• Development and execution of communications programs for special change projects.
• Support Leadership Team and Project Teams in aligning communication on strategy- vision and deliverables.
• Managing and coordinating business and operational systems and processes that are in support of strategic goals.
• Using cross- knowledge, understanding issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business, and connecting the dots to develop solutions.
