Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 300 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Recruitment oversight

Actively manage job postings across various platforms, source potential candidates, and coordinate interview schedules to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.
Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are smoothly integrated into their new roles.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance during the recruitment process.
Review resumes, perform initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with the company culture.

Staffing needs assessment and job description creation

Review and update existing job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required, keeping them aligned with industry standards.

Collaboration

Collaborate with HRBP Team to address any compliance- related issues immediately when they arise, taking corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure continued adherence to laws.
Work closely with the HRBP Team & hiring manager whenever a new or vacant position arises, ensuring job descriptions are well- defined and aligned with the role’s requirements.

Reporting

Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time- to- fill, source of hire, and candidate quality to assess and enhance recruitment processes.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Exceptional negotiation, and relationship- building abilities.
Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and using competency- based frameworks.
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles. Prior experience as a headhunter or recruitment consultant is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices, processes, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven track record of successfully filling a diverse range of positions across various levels and functions.
Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities.
Experienced in recruiting C- level positions and Back Office roles.
