Senior/ Leader Ruby on Rails Develoepr

Main Responsibilities

Develop and integrate backend components for web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high- quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Ruby language and the Rails framework.
Knowledge of Cloud Technology usage (AWS, GCP) is a great plus.
Ability to integrate with 3rd party APIs (Firebase, Firestore, Payment, CRM...)
Ability to estimate and deliver the commitment
Decent communication skills in English is a great plus
Knowledge of using Project Management Tool & Source code control like Jira, Github...
Strong knowledge of Unit test creation.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of CRM integration is a plus.
Experience with front- end technologies like React/Angular is a plus
Proven 4+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
