About The Role:
We are seeking a highly- skilled Intralogistics Automation Engineer to support the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and intralogistics automation solutions within industrial and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of automation technologies.
In This Role, You Will:
Conduct system simulations to verify configuration accuracy and refine automation logic before on- site deployment.
Work with cross- functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure successful automation implementation.
Integrate Fleet Management Software with automation systems and existing infrastructure using IIOT Gateway/ Software.
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Conduct high- impact presentations, workshops, and system demos.
Provide technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical insights on AGVs, Intralogistics Management Solutions, and industrial automation.
Partner with clients in manufacturing, intralogistics and warehousing to diagnose operational bottlenecks and define automation needs.
Support the integration of Fleet Management System and WMS/MES/ERP.
Develop system configurations and document best practices for virtual environments.
Onsite deployment, integration and testing of Fleet Management System and AGV.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize warehouse and factory material flows.
Translate complex technical details into clear business insights for non- technical audiences.
What Will You Bring:
Strong problem- solving skill and an analytical mindset.
English communication skill (both written and verbal).
Experience with AutoCAD or other shop floor visualizing and simulation tools is a plus.
Experience in industrial automation, intralogistics, AGV and Fleet Management System solutions.
Basic data visualization, Python scripting is a plus.
Knowledge of WMS, MES, ERP, or PLC/ SCADA systems is a plus.
Familiarity with API is a plus.
Familiarity with IIoT and Industrial protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or MQTT (JSON Format).
Ability to engage with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast- paced industrial environments.
